Hello Dear Friends,
It is with great excitement that we write to you today!
The stressful energy journey of the past few months is now receding. Congratulations! You have survived! You have been shot forward into a new way of being and now you will be able to find a little balance before the next time of growth begins.
Enjoy the break! You’ve deserved it!
For many people around the world, this time of year is full of holidays and with those always comes an extreme amount of stress. Houses must be decorated. Food purchases. Presents wrapped. You know the drill. Did we forget anyone? Quick! Go grab a gift for them too! How do we afford all of this?!
And then, to make it all that much harder, you are expected to get together with people that have long pasts and strong opinions about you. You know, those people you call family. Yeah, them. The ones that often find a way to drive each other crazy even when they are highly functional. After all, you chose these people to help you learn about the world and the learning from each other never really stops does it?
Our favorite part of watching and intermingling with all this chaos is something many of you don’t take the time to notice, let alone appreciate. All of the struggle. All of the annoying family conversations. All of the frustrations and hurt that come from these highly emotional times. These are the things that create the intense, focused energy that leads to better things in your world.
Basically. The more frustrated you get about things, the more likely you are to allow the changes that need to be made in your life. Or in basic terms. While its not the most ideal way to do it, sometimes you just have to get really pissed off before you’ll allow yourself to change. The holidays are a great time for bringing you to that place.
Now we do not want you to take this as an invitation to spend the entire time looking for everything that annoys you and focusing on the frustrations. No. That’s a whole other thing that won’t serve you well at all. And we want to make it clear that the best thing you can do for yourself during this time is focus on the parts of the holidays that bring you joy. The more joy you allow yourself to feel, the better you will come through this!
But today we are talking more to those feel they are about to enter the lion’s den as far as human interaction is concerned. All those expectations and judgements and frustrations. Please know they are not for nothing. They are wonderful growth fertilizer. And you will not be experiencing these things alone. We will be beside you, doing all we can to show you the joy of the seasons and the experiences as you live through them
We would also like to let all of you know that the thing we are most thankful for during your Thanksgiving season…well that’s actually you. Each and every one of you! No need to earn the love. You are worthy from the day you are born and nothing changes that. We are thankful you are alive. That you are you, exactly how you are. That you get up every day and face things that are not always easy again and again. Through you, we all live and expand.
We are soooo thankful for your contribution to this wonderful, entangled web of life and creation! We are sooo grateful you exist!
Enjoy your holidays! Enjoy your chaos! We know we will and we’ll be doing our best to help you do the same!
