As a Person:
The World card as a person is someone who seems to hold the world in their hand. They are travelers. Figuratively and literally. They have the unique ability to be able to find harmony and fit in to all the places they go, no matter how different they may be. They create unity in the groups they are a part of. They regularly feel and see a sense of wholeness in the world that others cannot.
No experience is too small. No difference is too much. No matter where they are or what they are doing, they are always right where they are meant to be.
As a Situation/Experience:
The World represents a time when you feel completely satisfied and your life feels whole. You want for nothing. You have, or are about to, whatever it was you have been working towards. You feel you are where you belong and there is nothing but peace and happiness. Life could not feel better. Your achievements are evident. This is everything you have been wanting and more!
As Advice:
As advice, The World card tells us you are exactly where you belong. There is nothing you need to do right now but celebrate and bask in the pride of witnessing all you have created as it comes to life. Honor your accomplishments. Take time to enjoy this. That part of your life lesson is now complete. But this is not the end of the road, only a break to celebrate before moving onto the next thing. As a person The World card reversed is someone who stuck in a place of frustration. Nothing seems to go right for them. They scare themselves out of everything they try and end up achieving very little. They take short cuts to get what they want and often get delayed while doing so. Project after project. Dream after dream fall apart for them leaving them feeling empty and unfulfilled. Until they get so frustrated, they realize they are the one holding themselves back and learn to change that behavior.
As a Situation/Experience:
As a situation, The World card reversed represents a time that that feels like nothing is going right. Everything you have started is stuck. It doesn’t seem to be moving and you are unsure of what to do to change that. Nothing feels finished or like it will ever be completed leaving you frustrated and incomplete. Closure is needed but not at hand. You are not where you wanted to be.
As Advice:
The World card reversed reminds us that some things die off before they can be completed. There are times in our lives when we don’t get the satisfaction of seeing our creations through to the end. We must carry on anyway. It is time to accept the fact that we did not reach the goal we were intending and let go of the desire to do so. We must move on without it or risk getting stuck in this place of emptiness and regret. Sometimes we are the only ones who can give ourselves closure.
